C. Debt Closure

We help you coordinate with the bank or NBFC to ensure proper closure of long-term secured loans. We assist in obtaining No Dues Certificates (NDCs), foreclosure letters, and updating CIBIL reports.

D. Loan Consolidation

We help you explore options to combine multiple debts into a single manageable payment, including bank transfer, settlement offers, or balance restructuring.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
The information you provide is true and accurate.
You understand that we are not a financial institution or lender, but a consultancy and negotiation support platform.

3. Service Scope and Limitations

We do not provide loans or guarantee outcomes of settlement negotiations.
We act as facilitators and do not compel lenders or third parties to accept any settlement or closure.
All communications with banks/NBFCs are subject to your written consent.
Legal services, if involved, are handled by registered lawyers or third-party partners with your approval.

4. Payments and Fees

Our consultation may be free or chargeable depending on case complexity.
Service fees are shared transparently before engagement.
In some cases, success-based fee models may apply.
No refunds are processed once services begin, except in special conditions.

5. Confidentiality and Data Use

Your personal data is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
We do not sell or share your information without your permission.
By using our platform, you consent to communication via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of our services will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Karkardooma court, Delhi, India. We encourage amicable resolution before legal action.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
